Delete your Otis AI: Market Your Business account

How to request deletion

1. Sign in with the email and password for the Otis account you want deleted.
2. Submit the form below. That records a deletion request on your account.
3. If you cannot sign in, email support@meetotis.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete:

• Your Otis user account (name, email, phone number, and login credentials).
• The business profile linked to that account.
• Campaigns, ad creatives, and other content stored in Otis for that account.

What we keep, and for how long

• Billing and transaction records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal reasons. We keep those only as long as the law requires.
• Aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot be used to identify you. Those may be kept indefinitely.

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
