This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how OTIS AI, INC and our affiliates (collectively, “OTIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain or otherwise process your information when you (whether you are a person or business) visit our website located at http://www.meetotis.com/ (the “Website”) or use our proprietary mobile application (the “App,” and together with the Website, the “Services”).
This Privacy Notice applies to visitors to the Website (“Visitors”) and registered users of the App (”Registered Users,” and together with Visitors, “you,” or “your”).
Please read this Privacy Notice carefully. By continuing to interact with our Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
In the course of operating the Services, OTIS collects or receives the following types of information:
Information You Provide
We collect information about you when you use our Services, including:
· Identification Information. The identification information collected varies depending on the webpage but typically includes some combination of your name, email address, phone number, authentication credentials (for example, information you use to login to your account), and any information you provide in messages to us. We use such identification information for purposes such as responding to, and following up regarding, your inquiries, providing you with requested information, sending you email alerts (including marketing emails), provide you with surveys, registering you for an account, authenticating and verifying your account, or to provide the Services.
Information Derived From Your Use of Our Services
We collect information about you and the devices you use to access the Services, such as your computer, mobile phone, or tablet. Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of such access, including your access time, “log-in” and “log-out” information, browser type and language, country and language setting on your device, device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, user agent string (e.g., operating system and browser type/version), and the referral URL (i.e., the external source by which you arrived at our Websites, or the pages you’ve clicked on while on our Websites). We may use these log files for purposes such as assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting errors and incidents, analyzing web traffic, or optimizing the user experience.
We use various technologies to collect information when you access or use our Services, including placing a piece of code, commonly referred to as a “cookie,” or similar technology on your device and using web beacons. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your hard drive or in your device memory when you visit a digital property (such as website or, in certain cases, an app) and can be set by either a first party (e.g., OTIS) or third party service provider.
Among other things, cookies support the integrity of our registration process, retain your preferences and account settings, and help evaluate and compile aggregated statistics about user activity. We may also use such cookies for tracking and targeting the interests of Visitors and Registered Users that utilize our Services to personalize their experience and serve relevant advertisements on such Services.
By using the Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by analytics and advertising service providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. For more information, including how to opt out from certain data collection (where provided by such third parties), we encourage you to check the sites below. Please note that this list may be subject to change.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We may share information about you as follows:
Facebook Custom Audiences
With Registered User permission, third-party applications or services may have access to a Registered User’s personal information. A Registered User can integrate our App with a third-party POS system (e.g., Clover) to automate the creation and management of ad campaigns on Facebook Custom Audiences (i.e., the creation of custom audiences, “look-a-like” audiences, and tracking of conversions and impressions related thereto). Through integration with our App, and pursuant to Registered User permission, the customer data (which may include name, email address, phone number, and zip code) collected through the POS system will be automatically onboarded to the Facebook Custom Audiences by our App. All personal data passed through the Facebook Custom Audiences API by our App is hashed.
In order to facilitate a Registered User’s use of Facebook Custom Audiences through our App, we use standard OAuth (open authorization) to obtain access to Registered Users’ Facebook account(s) to enable our Services. For the sole purpose of enabling such features via OAuth, OTIS must request certain access permissions to Registered Users’ Facebook account(s).
Sharing With Other Third Parties
We may engage other companies and individuals to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. Examples may include: cloud hosting providers, technical assistance and security, database management/back-up services, analytics, digital marketing platforms, customer relationship management, and customer service. These other companies will have access to your information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law. We may also share your information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other companies under common control with us in order to support (i) the marketing, sale, and delivery of any products or services and (ii) the other purposes described herein.
Business Transfers and Corporate Changes
We may transfer information collected (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner, or operator of one or more of the Services; or (ii) in connection with (including, without limitation, during the negotiation or due diligence process of) a corporate merger, consolidation, or restructuring; the sale of substantially all of our stock and/or assets; financing, acquisition, divestiture, or dissolution of all or a portion of our business; or other corporate change.
Safety and Compliance with Law
If we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary (i) to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request (e.g., from tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, etc.); (ii) to enforce or comply with our General Terms or other applicable agreements or policies; (iii) to protect our or our customers’ rights or property, or the security or integrity of our Services; or (iv) to protect us, users of our Services or the public from harm, fraud, or potentially prohibited or illegal activities.
In an ongoing effort to better understand our Visitors, Registered Users, and the Services, we might analyze your information in aggregate form to carry out, maintain, manage, and improve operations in connection with the Services. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share (within our group of companies or with third parties) aggregated user statistics and anonymized information that does not specifically identify you or any individual user of our Services.
Personal Information Rights
You may access, change, amend, correct or delete your personal information by making a request to us using the contact details below, in which case we may need to verify your identity before granting access or otherwise changing or correcting your information. Please allow us a reasonable time to respond to your request.
Your California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. If you wish to submit a request pursuant to Section 1798.83, please contact us via email at [email protected].
Do Not Track
We do not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms including general web browner, “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
Opt-Out of Direct Marketing
You can opt out of receiving direct marketing messages from OTIS by emailing [email protected] or by changing your notification settings by logging into your OTIS account. Opting out of receiving communications may impact your use of the Services. If you decide to opt out, we can still send you non-marketing communications, such as digital receipts and messages about your account or our ongoing business relations.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We generally retain your information in a form that identifies you only as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the Services, subsequently authorized, or as allowed by applicable law.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, the internet is not a 100% secure environment, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the transmission or storage of your information.

If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. Please be aware that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to the foregoing, our use of your information is governed by the Privacy Notice in current effect. Please refer back to this Privacy Notice on a regular basis.
